We keep records of all transactions including the date of purchase and delivery. Items (except sale items) can be returned for a refund within 3 days of delivery if it has not been worn or ruined. Scarves that are defective can be returned for a full refund within three days of receiving the package.
Customers who wish to make a return for refund must reach out via email to email@example.com within three days of delivery to receive a return label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund.

Customers who wish to make a return for store credit must reach out via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of delivery to receive a return label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the store credit.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded for store credit.
USA Shipping Policy:
- Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of purchase. Please allow additional time during sale season.
- You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your items are ready to be shipped.
- You can also view your order's status by clicking the "View your order," button in your confirmation email.
International Shipping Policy: Please be aware that your package may be subject to a customs fee, which can add up to 25% to your order. Please advise that you can access the custom payments by entering your tracking number on the website of the carrier used for shipping. Click here to access custom payments for UPS orders.
Lost/Stolen Package Policy: If you are experiencing any difficulties with your package you must contact the carrier directly.
If the package is lost, please file a claim and email the documentation to email@example.com . Please allow up to 4 weeks for the shipping carrier to locate the package. If 4 weeks pass and there is no resolution, please contact us to discuss compensation.
If the package alerts incorrectly claim a package was delivered, please allow up to 3-4 business days for the package to show up. Then, reach out to the post office directly. Tie Ur Knot does not compensate for stolen packages.
Return to Sender Policy: If a package is returned to sender, we will contact you for the correct address. Unless the issue with the order is due to the company's negligence, the shipping cost is covered by the customer, who pays for shipping upon purchasing the product.
