USA Shipping Policy: Please be aware that due to COVID-19, our shipping carriers are experiencing delays. We will do our best to take care of your order but please understand that shipping delays are out of our control.
International Shipping Policy: Please be aware that your package may be subject to a customs fee, which can add up to 25% to your order. Please advise that you can access the custom payments by entering your tracking number on the website of the carrier used for shipping. Click here to access custom payments for UPS orders.

In-store Pickup Policy: We are located in Brooklyn, NY. You must text 917-397-6093 to confirm your pickup time. You must have your confirmation email when collecting your order. Tie Ur Knot will hold your package for 7 business days from the time you receive the email informing you that your order is ready. If an order is not picked up within that window, you will be issued a store credit.

Lost/Stolen Package Policy: If you are experiencing any difficulties with your package you must contact the carrier directly.
If the package is lost, please file a claim and email the documentation to email@example.com. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the shipping carrier to locate the package. If 4 weeks pass and there is no resolution, please contact us to discuss compensation.
If the package alerts incorrectly claim a package was delivered, please allow up to 3-4 business days for the package to show up. Then, reach out to the post office directly. Tie Ur Knot does not compensate for stolen packages.
Return to Sender Policy: If a package is returned to sender, we will contact you for the correct address. Unless the issue with the order is due to the company's negligence, the shipping cost is covered by the customer, who pays for shipping upon purchasing the product.
