RETURN POLICY

Returns:

We keep records of all transactions including the date of purchase and delivery.  Items (except sale items) can be returned for a refund within 3 days of delivery if it has not been worn or ruined. Scarves that are defective can be returned for a full refund within three days of receiving the package. 

Customers who wish to make a return for refund must reach out via email to orders@thetieurknot.com within three days of delivery to receive a return label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund.


Store Credit:

We keep records of all transactions including the date of purchase and delivery.  Items (except sale items) can be returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery if it has not been worn or ruined.

Customers who wish to make a return for store credit must reach out via email to orders@thetieurknot.com within 10 days of delivery to receive a return label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the store credit.

Sale items:

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded for store credit. 

 *Any item marked SALE or discounted at 20% or more is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.
