RETURN POLICY

Returns:

We keep records of all transactions including the date of purchase and delivery. All items (except sale items) can be exchanged for store credit within 3 days of delivery if it has not been worn or ruined.

Customers who wish to make a return for refund must reach out via email to orders@thetieurknot.com within three days of delivery to receive a return label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund.


Store Credit:

We keep records of all transactions including the date of purchase and delivery. All items (except sale items) can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery if it has not been worn or ruined.

Customers who wish to make a return for store credit must reach out via email to orders@thetieurknot.com within fourteen days of delivery to receive a return label. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the store credit.

Sale items:

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged for store credit.
